At KOVE Footwear, we aim to make the delivery process as smooth and reliable as possible. We ship orders to customers in different regions and work with trusted shipping partners to ensure each order is handled with care.
Delivery Timeframes
Our shipping process generally includes two stages:
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours.
During this time, we confirm the order, prepare the item, complete quality checks and package the order for shipment.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 6 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping provider.
During busier periods, such as holidays, promotional events or peak shopping seasons, delivery may take longer than usual. Estimated delivery during these periods may be around 10 to 15 business days.
Please note that delivery estimates do not include possible delays caused by customs, local postal services, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer standard shipping with tracking.
Standard shipping may be free or calculated at checkout, depending on the order, location or promotion available at the time of purchase.
Where available, insured delivery may be included or offered as an optional add on for extra protection during transit.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance may help protect your order against loss, theft or damage while the package is in transit.
Insurance Coverage
Shipping insurance may cover loss, theft or damage during delivery, up to the value declared at the time of purchase.
Non Refundable Insurance
Once shipping insurance has been purchased or applied to an order, it is non refundable. This applies regardless of whether a claim is made or whether the shipment is successfully delivered.
Claim Process
If your package arrives damaged, or if your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
You may be asked to provide supporting information, such as:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged package or item.
- Proof of value.
- Tracking details.
- Any other information needed to review the claim.
Claims for damaged items should generally be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims for lost packages should generally be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Exclusions
Shipping insurance does not usually cover:
- Delivery delays.
- Indirect or consequential losses.
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
- Damage that existed before shipment.
- Issues not caused during transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information so you can follow the delivery progress.
Please allow some time for the tracking details to update after your package has been dispatched.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are processed shortly after they are placed. Because of this, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once an order has been submitted.
